The ARTECOM – Art, Technology and Community project is promoted by the University of L’Aquila, the leading body of the initiative, in collaboration with the University of Teramo and the Alfredo Casella Conservatory of L’Aquila, institutions that contribute with multidisciplinary skills in the sectors of technological research, digital innovation and artistic-musical education.
ARTECOM’s multimedia installations constitute the fulcrum of the project and represent an innovative integration between art, technology and collective participation. Located in strategic urban spaces in the city of L’Aquila, they promote an inclusive use of cultural heritage through immersive and interactive experiences.
The ARTECOM – Art, Technology and Community project was born with the aim of creating interactive artistic experiences accessible to a wide range of users. The multimedia installations are designed to involve people with different attitudes, sensitivities and ways of enjoying culture, making art an inclusive and participatory experience.
