The ARTECOM – Art, Technology and Community project was born with the aim of creating interactive artistic experiences accessible to a wide range of users. The multimedia installations are designed to involve people with different attitudes, sensitivities and ways of enjoying culture, making art an inclusive and participatory experience.

To better understand the audience to which the project is aimed, several personas were identified, representative profiles that reflect the characteristics, needs and expectations of users. Each persona interacts with the installations in a unique way, exploring art and technology through personal approaches that range from spontaneous creativity to introspective reflection, from innovative experimentation to social collaboration.
